The Societal System in Mauritania .: How did Mauritanian society arise and develop to its current level of fragmentation and disintegration?

I chose this topic because I think that the westerners should know about it . it is true that there are many articles that talk about Mauritania but most of these topics are written in Arabic or French therefore I wrote about this topic in English in order to give a help in filling that gap in westerner’s knowledge about Mauritanian society and I hope that I succeed in achieving it .
